A 5 gallon glass carboy is an airtight, odor-resistant, and highly durable fermenter—perfect for the secondary fermentation of beer or wine. Unlike plastic buckets or PET fermenters, glass carboys won’t scratch or degrade over time. If handled with care, they’ll deliver reliable results for decades of homebrewing.

Our packaging team has developed specialized handling and shipping protection so your glass carboy arrives safely and ready to use. For even more security when moving a full carboy, we recommend the Universal Harness.
