After having so many erratic efficiency results, I've made adding 15 or 30ml (1 or 2 tablespoons) of this to my mash water (based on grain bill, of course) part of my brew day regimen. I've been able to consistently get to a 5.0 - 5.5 pH with these additions and I have been nailing predicted gravity numbers ever since.

make sure to know that it's not full strength, but still does the job.

Works as advertised, I wish it was stronger or in a bigger bottle.
