Still Spirits Turbo Yeast Classic 8 (48 hour Turbo Yeast) is the best all round Turbo Yeast, performing excellently under most conditions. Use with 17.5 lbs of sugar for high ABV, or 13 lbs of sugar for fast fermenting. Classic 8 has been further improved with the inclusion of new mineral absorbents, further improving distillate quality.
Classic 8 is specially formulated for clean fermentation in high sugar content washes, and is ideal for moonshine.
Works in temperatures up to 86°F. It will produce clean alcohol, but you should still treat with activated carbon for optimum quality before mixing with essences.
