Vic Secret Hops
Vic Secret™: a bold Australian hop known for its clean and bright tropical character, featuring notes of passionfruit and pineapple, complemented by fresh herbs and pine needles. Similar to Galaxy™ but lighter and less dominating, Vic Secret™ excels as an aroma hop, particularly in whirlpool and dry hop additions. Developed from a seedling bred in Victoria in 2000, sharing parentage with Topaz™, it was released for commercial production in 2013.
