Ball Lock Conversion Kit for Sanke Couplers
This kit adds Ball-Lock soda keg posts to any commercial sankey coupler. Easily use your existing Ball-Lock lines and connect that commercial keg in minutes.
Requires a standard Sankey Coupler with threaded gas and liquid ports.
Note: this kit is not compatible with the Low-Profile Sankey Coupler, which has barbed fittings.
Even though the picture does not portray the actual connectors, the kit works as advertised.
Like I said it is not what you show in the picture, which is why we ordered yours which are much more costly than the others out there. The others out there pictured below are nearly undistinguishable from the in and outs, and I could have ordered what I received from others much cheaper. We have ordered these before and they have been very problematic, seem to work only about 50% of the time. The problem is gasket inside gets unseated when tightening them enough so they don't leak or just with the pressure of our kombucha at 12-16 psi, then it blocks flow and they don't work at all. Maybe they work better at low pressure for beer.
its easier than I thought to install and works like a charm.
These are not machined correctly and will not properly fit female ball lock fittings. The ribs that distinguish gas/liquid and their location on the shaft must be precisely machined to fit. This is a common problem.
Just what I need to quickly and easily convert my office kegerator depending on what beers my admin orders. However you should note that it will add a few inches to your kegerator height, this could be a problem if space is tight.
