I’m a beginner

I follow everything by the numbers. I didn’t think the I t was very good. I bottled in the 12 oz that I had and used the the fizz tablets that was in the kit. After being in the bottle for two weeks I tried one. When I poured it in a glass there was hardly any head , and it was gone in about 30 sec. I was a little disappointed because Hefeweizen is my favorite beer.

Was easy to make. Carbonated well and finished off very nice. Good tasting wheat beer.

Beer came out really good, it was a little darker in color than I expected but the flavor was still great. Would recommend for any hefeweizen fan.
