Substitutes

I have not brewed the beer yet, so can't comment. I ordered bottle caps with the American flag, received black bottle caps. I ordered (2) yeast packets , one of those was also substituted. Not a big deal but, wonder why I was not contacted about the substitutions

Great Result, Instructions Lacking Details

Alls well that ends well, but instructions were bare bones and assumed knowledge of certain details that were glossed over or omitted entirely.

And it wasn't even one i ordered.
I was supposed to brew the 4 kits to have it ready for my wife's birthday party.

I emailed Northern brewers and haven't heard back in 24 hours
