Just Short

Over all my order was very good … ordered a 55lb bag of grain, yeast & a several packages of hops. All were packaged well and received in good condition. Only thing was there was one package of hops (centennial) that was missing even though the right amount was checked on the list provided. I didn’t bother to request the missing package. I will continue to us NB as my supplier.

Wow protien

I had heard Bries had a lot of protien but I didn't notice it till I brewed a mini batch. This malt is still a good staple base malt but be prepared to loose a chunk of it in protien fallout in mash,boil, and fermenter
