    Sparkling Amber

Brewed up real nice, good quality, but expected it to be sweeter than it is.

Tasty in a non traditional sort of way

Cancellation of overseas travel got me nostalgic for a "decent pint". This ale certainly fits the bill, very tasty! It is better cold and in a chilled glass, which would give my UK friends fits. So one star off for that only. A good return to home brewing after years of absence. Cheers.

    Versatile

I use these 5 pound bags as a base for a five gallon batch. So simple, easy, and translates into a cute variety of brews. Love it
