Victory Malt, Briess
Victory® is Briess' biscuit style malt, lightly roasted to bring out the nutty, toasty, and biscuit flavors and aromas associated with baking bread. It's an excellent malt for adding a layer of dry toasted complexity and a russet brown color to a wide range of beer styles. Use in small amounts to add a touch of warmth to light ales or lagers, or use in larger amounts (up to 25%) in darker beers to bring out more of the toasted biscuit flavors. 28°L

Used this as an adjunct in an an extract based IPA. It did the job by adding mouthfeel and flavor.
Made a trippel trying to clone victory brewing cos golden monkey. Not exactly the same but it came out delicious and very boozy. Cheers
Good biscuit malt.
Sipping an IPA with victory right now. Gives a nice crisp malty flavor and lightly toasty aroma, both of which cut through but don't drown out the hop flavor and aroma in this beer. This IPA also has a nice head retention, although I'm not sure if that's from victory or other grains in the grain bill. Overall I'd recommend adding it to any English or American style recipe you're building, I got great results
Excellent service! Great product!
