Product details

Perfect for both American and German styles of wheat beer, Northern Brewer's Briess Wheat Malt Extract Syrup is a blend of wheat malt (65%) and pale malt (35%).

Provides a very crisp, full-tasting flavor with excellent head retention. Approximately 3L, 1.036 ppg. Our malt jugs are made from BPA-free plastic.

Northern Brewer's Briess Malt Syrups are some of the freshest malt extracts you can buy. Our high rate of turnover- we package and sell hundreds of gallons every day -means that the syrup you receive won't have been sitting on the shelf for months. Fresh malt extract makes better beer!

Briess Wheat Extract

Have used this extract in addition to my milled grain in the majority of my wheat ales over the years. Always consistent in quality and a great malt base to work off of. Like adding tomato paste to your favorite home made sauce. One hint is to make sure you warm the extract syrup a couple hours before using, Makes much easier to pour.
