I'm still learning

My first batch of Chilean Merlot was Not tasty. This Chilian Cab is better, drinkable, but the flavor is still Not right. I'm doing another Chilian Merlot to see if I degassed it long enough, had the temperature too cold during fermenatation, etc

good, but not much depth

The kit was relatively easy to make. The wine came out good, if a bit single dimensional. In my case, it took a bit longer than the package suggested. I will let it bottle age for a while and see what happens. For now it is fairly good, but not great.

First try at making wine

Since it was my first try a making wine I really shouldn’t rate this wine because. The 3stars might be a better reflection of my skills rather than the wine. Read the other reviews for a more honest opinion.
