Fantastic

Not much to say. Great ingredients & decent shipping timeframe. NB will be my new go to for 5 - 10 gallon batches. Nice work gang. Carboys are a'bubblin as I type.

too early to tell, but s/b more than OK.

I recently brewed a golden ale with US-05 yeast, cluster hops for bittering and.50 oz cascade hops for flavor and .50 oz cascade hops for aroma. I bottled on Sat Oct 16 2021 and look forward to trying cascade hops for the first time once the bottles are carbonated 9/30/21. This was the 4th time I brewed, I'm just starting out. It s/b fine! My next beer will be an all cascade pale ale. I brew BIAG large partial mash (4-7 lbs of grain) plus Liquid Malt Extract, all on my electric stove top (plus I put the kettle in the oven for the 60 min mash). The first two brews were mostly extract plus steeping grains. I got very good results with my first BIAG partial mash batch.
