Citra® Hop Pellets
Since its release in 2008, Citra® has been one of the most recognized and used flavor and aroma hops by craft brewers and homebrewers alike. Notable commercial examples are endless but Psuedo Sue from Toppling Goliath and Zombie Dust from Three Floyds are renowned beers that use Citra® as the sole hop. This American hop has a lineage featuring Hallertau Mittelfruh, US Tettnang, East Kent Goldings, Brewer’s Gold, and others. The high Myrcene content provides a strong aromatic profile of citrus and tropical fruit.
