I used it twice. It works very well, better when I added ice to the cooling water. Great heat transfer.

This is an easy way to upgrade your brewing process. My cold break times have gone from about 45 min to about 30 min. It also eliminates the need for ice (although ice makes it even better). 10/10 would recommend.

Great product for the money. I have been using the snow outside to cool my wort but when the snow was gone, i worried I would have to buy a large bucket with store purchased ice, which adds to the cost per batch. I bought the cold crank with the Idea that it may not work as well, but would give it a try. It worked great! cooled down the wort in 15 minutes using 62 degree well water flowing through it, with an occasional stir.
