Czech Pilsner Extract Beer Recipe Kit
If we had to pick just one style that embodies everything a beer should be, Czech Pilsner might be it: this lager showcases both malt and hops but allows some expression of yeast character; mellow enough to drink a few half-liters but technical enough to demand care in brewing.
Clear, deep golden color, foamy white head, medium-full body with caramelly malt and spicy hop character, firm bitterness giving way to a soft finish. Recommended: 2-stage cold fermentation and yeast starter.

Considering it recommends 6 weeks time to brew, why ask me now?
excellent pilsner. This will be batch #2 for me. Guests liked this better than the other brews I had on hand
I have brewed these beers before and expect them to be excellent. The Kama Citra is fermenting well. I will do the lagers after the holidays when I convert my kegerator for lagering. I have altered my brew procedure and I think it has improved the taste. I add only half of the extracts during the boil so that the concentration of sugars is comparable to what you would get with a full boil. I add the second half of the extracts about 10 minutes before the end. The lagers will be ready for my daughters wedding May 30.
Got all seven (7)--this time.
Still waiting on Scot Wee Heavy disposition.
