Edelmetall Brü® Burner
Great beer starts with premium ingredients and reliable brewery equipment. Great brewers start with Edelmetall Brü®, because it uses raw materials that surpass even the highest German quality standards, from brushed stainless steel to genuine copper finishes. And every feature is custom-designed for a specific brew-day task, incorporating details only a die-hard brewer can appreciate. This is what sets Edelmetall Brü® apart from other propane burners.
Designed to complement the stunning exterior of the Edelmetall Brü® Burner, the optional leg extensions raise your kettle to a comfortable 27" while providing the structural rigidity required to support even the heaviest kettles and biggest batches. Equipped with a reinforcing triangle at its base, these copper-clad steel extensions offer unmatched stability even on rough terrain. The additional height is perfect for draining wort directly into your fermenter or a gravity fed wort chiller setup. Take your Edelmetall Brü® to new heights and never lift a full, hot brewpot again.

Purchased one of these a while back, liked it so much I bought another one. Now the dual burner system makes short time of the brew day.
Output: Super, but can need a lot of TLC with the fussy regulator & whatnot that makes the flame blow back into the venturi or just not light. It should just light every time I turn the knob, like my cheap burners do. Without any "try this" or "did you try that?".
Build: very, very solid, but adjustable brackets do not accommodate a kettle of "any size".
Finish & aesthetic: Love at first sight. Just beautiful. Then I used it. Copper finish burned off.
Great burner makes brewing easy...even outside at 20 degrees Fahrenheit the 5 gallon brew was boiling within 15 minutes!
Thrilled with the high quality! Will actually be using it to boil sap!
Looks great, works great. NB has the best Breing hard wear hands down.
