Easy kit, nice finish, a nice light summer beer- it's on tap on my deck right now
I found this kit particularly easy to make, and the results have been outstanding. I don’t like a strongly hoppy beer, and this kit came out lightly hopped and very refreshing. I like it just before a light summer dinner, especially with fresh foods like corn on the cob and straight-from-the-garden tomatoes. It’s been a delightful surprise.
It was a easy beer to make and it tasted good.
The Kolsch was a great choice. Very enjoyable finish and taste too!
Really enjoyed how easily this boiled up. No worries, no hurries.... but with another half an hour of attention I feel like i could have brewed up a much better beer. Still, it worked. And for that I praise the gods of malt.
