I ordered the malt for one specific purpose of making dark rye bread, the one I had long time ago in Russia. This malt is recommended for this bread. And it did not disappoint. I had tried other malts before, but the taste of my bread was different from the one I remembered. This is it!!! Now I enjoy my homemade bread!

Excellent flavor profile
I use this rye malt for baking rye bread. The bread turns out very good, but I gave 4 stars because the malt I got wasn’t as clean, as it’s in the picture. Too much dust and so many big chunks of black and brown carbonized malt.
