Festivus Miracle Holiday Ale 1 Gallon Beer Kit
Beneath a mountain of snowy froth lies the garnet-hued elixir of celebrations to come. A glint of orange peel invigorates the senses, cascading into a full-bodied pillar of Festivus ale. Adornments of holiday spice warm the nose as delicate hints of stone fruit, raisin and caramel wrestle for center stage. Toasty malt adds complexity to the impressive mouthfeel for a comforting, prolonged finish.
Feats of strength! Airing of grievances! The infamous aluminum Festivus pole! This miraculous pint of ale is a tradition for Festivus holidays to come. It's mildly spiced, yet packed with sufficient ABV to ensure winter-time glory. If you don't successfully pin down the head of the household, a few pints of Festivus Miracle will.

Great kit. Easy. Good holiday flavor. Very nice to be able to be able to brew small batches.
Very nice brew, definitely has caramel notes. Brew was very...volatile. Blew out the top of my 1 gal carboy about 16 hours after brewing, this is my 6th batch of home brew and the 1st time I've had to use the tube instead of the airlock.
This kit was awesome and included everything needed to get started except a sanitizer. Not a problem though as everything was packaged well, the ingredients appeared to be top quality, and the instructions were easy to read and understand. I have not tasted yet, I am on day 8 of bottle aging and I am trying to maintain my patience as this beautiful amber liquid smiles at me from the corner of my man cave. I bought “Festivus Miracle” and “Brickwarmer Red Ale” at the same time and have not brewed the brickwarmer. I will definitely purchase from Northern Brewer again. I cannot give 5 stars because I haven’t tasted it yet, but I assume it’ll be 5 star worthy.
Relatively new to home brewing - started in January 2020 - this was my 10th beer brewed. Cracked open a freshly brewed Festivus Miracle this week. WOW! Great flavor. Shared one with several beer buddies, they agree...great flavor. I did use priming sugar instead of the fizz drops, my last beer was somewhat flat. But beer has an amazing flavor. Brewed Brickwarmer Holiday Red Ale today...I will review in about four weeks from now.
Why would you send me a review request quicker than it can be brewed?
