Flaked rice recipe

Made a cross between a pre prohibition lager and a modern American Pilsner.
Three gallon batch. 5 lbs of American 6 row, 2 lbs of Flaked rice, 1 lb of American Pilsner, 1oz US Tettnang for 60 minutes, .75 oz of Hallertau for 15 non and 1oz of U.S. saaz for 5 non.
