Gaarden Hoe Witbier All Grain Beer Recipe Kit
A very traditional recipe makes this witbier historically accurate. The gratuitous use of flaked wheat gives this beer an incredibly creamy and smooth mouthfeel. The moderate strength of this beer makes it a great beer for sipping on a hot summer afternoon. Late additions of coriander and bitter orange peel round out the slightly tart flavors from the yeast. The use of Saaz hops adds faint spiciness that balances perfectly with spice additions.

A little light in color, but good overall flavor
Good beer. I really wish the company let you order some already made beer so you could see what it taste like before you make 50+ beers of it and invest a lot of time.
This beer turned out great. It had some off flavors after four weeks of fermentation, but after five weeks it was spot-on. I think it will get even better with a little more time to mature.
Low abv, but a good refreshing beer. Not my favorite
Great kit. The wife like it better than the original.
