IPA Malt - Gambrinus - 55 lb. Sack
Product details
Gambrinus IPA Malt is a strong and stable North American-made foundation for hop-forward West Coast IPAs and Hazy IPAs. Gambrinus IPA Malt possesses an elusive color falling between a very pale pilsner and golden pale ale malt. Gambrinus IPA Malt is made from Northern American barley, resulting in a more biscuity character often found in English Pale malts instead of the grassiness of many Continental Pilsner malts. Tailormade to complement contemporary West Coast IPAs, it provides a balancing sweetness and body in the presence of piney, juicy, and tropical hop profiles. Producing a delicate profile of bread, toast, grain, and slight nuttiness, Gambrinus IPA Malt is a multi-tasker made to move cases and cases of classic Cream, Golden, and Blonde Ales. Brew a brilliant Hoppy Lager or a traditional Helles and sing hallelujah.
