Hallertau typical alpha acid: 3.0-5.0%. Hallertau is considered a Noble German hop with a mild aroma, slightly fruity and spicy, flowery, and even hay-like. Ideal for aroma and flavor additions in any German beer recipe, and is also suitable for use in other Continental styles, Belgian ales, and lagers.

German Kolsch
Used them for a german Kolsch the drinking of the brew will tell the tale. If I had finished the beer it might be 5 stars plus it took a week for it to get to me. Shipping is high but product also was not in vacuum sealed bags just loose in a foil bag. I like removing air before storing hops.
