German Tradition Hop Pellets
Typical alpha: 5.0-7.0%. A close descendant of Hallertau Mittelfruh bred for disease resistance and larger yields. Very refined, sweet aroma with herbal character. Use for aroma and flavor additions in German lagers.

Used 1oz for a 60 minute boil. Gave it very good bitterness to the beer. Will use again!
I miss being able to buy hops by the lbs. but will settle for the cost savings of a 1/2lbs. One of my most popular beers (friends,family and neighbors) is my Kolsh so I brew a batch about once a month!
