Product details

Citrus yeast cranks out orange and lemon aromas along with tropical fruit. Use this strain at high temps for increased ester production. A wild saccharomyces strain, it will get a bit funky without the concerns of a brettanomyces strain.

*NOTE:* During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs will all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend ordering dry yeast during summer months.

This yeast has done a great job. Currently it is still in the chamber, so I can’t comment on the taste yet.

Enjoying a summer Brew

Brewed NB’s Fruit Bazooka and cracked the first one yesterday. Very pleased with the fruit flavors and found it to be very smooth. Shared that with some friends that were very complimentary. I will be brewing this one again.

Do you want to make better beer? Get some temp control and use imperial yeast. Literally the two best things you can do for your beer.

Citrus, Dry Hop, and Flagship are my main rotation for yeast. Hop forward and clean. Niiiice.
