My first lager

Have only brewed ales for the past 10-years and did not know what to expect. Starts after about 36-hours but continues to ferment well at these cooler temperatures. Have no other lager yeast to compare it to.

Not sure about this brand

I have used Harvest L17 twice now and both times I did not hit the ABV number. It came up short both times. All of my other numbers were spot on. I have not had this issues before using other yeast brands.
