Imperial Yeast L17 Harvest (2 pack)

Used this with the Maypole Maibock kit. I only used one of the two packs for that, pitched with a decent sized starter. Would definitely recommend a diacetyl rest because I noticed a buttery flavor after I did NOT do one early on, but once it carbonated it had a great taste and is beautifully clear.

So far, so good! Products arrived in good shape all the grain weights are as expected. Production will commence as brew space becomes available.
