Product details

Traditional Irish ales are malty, smooth and medium-bodied. But it's the deep copper-red color that gives Irish Red Ale its name. Our beer recipe kit captures that rich, radiant hue and signature toasty, sweet character using a blend of specialty malts and authentic ingredients, just like the original.

And, true to form, our Irish Red Ale is an immensely drinkable, crowd-pleasing brew. Its great taste, along with low aging requirements make this one of our best-selling kits.

Clean, smooth and incredibly approachable, Irish Red Ale isn't bitter or boozy, making it perfect for just about any occasion or palate.

Tasty Brew

I'm a first time brewer and I decided to brew this Irish Red Ale I am happy with the result. Everything was spelled out clearly in the instructions.
The beer is a little more hoppy than I expected. But good. It did take 3 weeks to bottle condition where it was nicely carbonated.

Always good!
