Lalvin ICV - D-47 White Wine Yeast
A vigorous white wine yeast that will leave a wine very full bodied with enhanced mouthfeel. Accentuates varietal character and contributes ripe tropical fruit and citrus notes. Recommended for Chardonnay and Rose as well as mead, when nutrients are supplemented. Whites, ros©, mead. Temperature range: 59° - 68° F (15° - 20° C). Alcohol Tolerance: 14%.

Hello there, I’m about to start primary fermentation of Riesling grapes. I have a fridge where I can ferment but I can not regulate the temperature, it’s inside of the garage and holds at 42-47 F depending of the time of the day. Would this yeast perform in these conditions?
Easy peasy brewing.. gives me no problems. Came to my house quick and started fermentation in less than 24 hours! Highly recommend.
I am just getting back into wine making. The white wine yeast worked fine on my first batch of ginger wine.
I used this yeast for persimmon wine and it turned out incredible. Not too sweet, nice flavor.
