La Petite Orange Extract Beer Recipe Kit
A Belgian Dubbel without the deep dark chocolate maltiness, La Petite Orange is rich with caramel sweetness and a full body that hides the 6.1% ABV very well.
A simple sipper that evokes warm summery memories with every sip, yet fits perfectly into the colder month's standard brewing repertoire.
Wyeast Trappist High Gravity Y3787 is a great alternative yeast for this kit; it ferments a bit drier with a rich ester profile, malty palate, and has a high alcohol tolerance.

This is my favorite beer. The taste is a wee bit sweet and very smooth. It is a brew I like to always have available on tap!
Honest review. This is good, I have added additional orange zest between the last 5 mins of the boil and also added fresh navel orange zest during secondary. final product of the beer came out bitter and slightly dry, I did use dry yeast for this batch, ill probably pend the extra dollar for liquid yeast for the next time around. i will buy this again and try to change it up a bit.
This is the second time I have made this beer and it is just as good if not better! Thanks NB great kit!
