Better directions
I have ordered three wine kits from you now and many beer kits. The directions in this kit were confusing at time and then just didn't make sense at other times. Even if you added bold to some of the key additives and order for adding each would be helpful. I know you don't make these directions, but it really was confusing at times to follow what they were saying. Please know that this is not you, but it would would be nice to know you at least communicate this to the Winemaker's Reserve folks.
