Pretty good

only issue i ran into was trying to use a Brix refractometer for the first time and didn't get the clearing started on time. Wine is bottle and the wife is happy, though we feel like it should age a bit. Bottles definitely improve in flavor when allowed to breath for a while before drinking.

So Far So Good!

I don’t rush a single step of the process. This will sit a year in secondary and a few years in the bottles. But let me tell you, the taste out of the primary, you can tell it’s going to be a good wine as it ages.
