Awesome!!

One word says it all! This wine is the BOMB! Even before bottling it is delightful; I can only imagine what it will be like after 2-3 months aging, if it lasts that long. Instructions were well written as usual. Will purchase another!

Rose

Just bottled this last weekend, rose tastes nice and is not overly sweet. Color is a little darker than most rose's. Would highly recommend filtering this one if you have the capability it added extra polish to the wine and smoothed out the color.

I was looking for a decent wine kit for a rose wine and this one was good. Its not great mind you but I was satisfied with the results.

pleasantly surprised!

I have been making wine with wine kits for about 5 years now. I purchased this one hopeful for a light summer wine. I bottled it a couple weeks ago and on first taste it was surprisingly good. I haven't had a Zinfandel in a long time and was worried that it may be too sweet. It was refreshing, not too sweet. I typically let my wine age for a year before I drink it. This will be good in time to enjoy this summer.

Excellent!

I bottled this yesterday. It is the most beautiful red color, not the pale pink of the typical rose'! Of course I sampled some while bottling! It's a little sharp, but that's to be expected at this point and will smooth out over time. It's sweeter than I typically drink, but no overly so; that was expected as well. I forgot to add the yeast nutrient. The ABV ended up at 12.6%. This will be an excellent wine to drink chilled while relaxing in the backyard on a hot day.
