Best quality malts for your brew

I love using this on a special Saison that I keep in rotation.

Awesome

Absolutely love the Mecca Grade malts! They’re all packed with a ton of flavor. I used the Wickiup Red in a Hefewezien along with their white wheat, Pelton Pilsner and added a pound of the Vienna rye. Used WLP 300 yeast. This was by far the best Hefewezien I’ve made. The Mecca Grade Malts are a little more expensive but well worth it!
