Mecca Grade Wickiup (Hard Red Spring Wheat) Malt
Wickiup \wik·ee·up\ is the missing link in creating classic wheat beers; Wickiup provides a deeply rich, "Cream of Wheat" wort with a hint of bread crust and brown sugar.

I love using this on a special Saison that I keep in rotation.
Absolutely love the Mecca Grade malts! They’re all packed with a ton of flavor. I used the Wickiup Red in a Hefewezien along with their white wheat, Pelton Pilsner and added a pound of the Vienna rye. Used WLP 300 yeast. This was by far the best Hefewezien I’ve made. The Mecca Grade Malts are a little more expensive but well worth it!
