Mosaic® Hops Pellets
A new dual-purpose hop, bred from Simcoe®, formerly known as HBC 369, this is the latest experimental variety to "go pro" and become a full commercial variety. Bred by the same people who brought you Citra®, Warrior®, Ahtanum, Palisade®, and Simcoe®.
Mosaic is so named because it gives a range of aromas and flavors which are complementary to other common hop aromas. Everything from citrus, pine, earth, herbal, mint, bubblegum, blueberry, lime peel, black pepper - the character seems to change depending upon the conditions it is in.
blueberry, peach and tropical fruit (especially mango, but also shades of lime and mandarin orange)

Next time, I will add another hop like Citra or Simcoe, to mute the pineyness of the mosaic.
It’s my go-to hops for a simple SMaSH Ipa recipe! It’s interesting to see which flavor profile stands out the most With this hops when I change the grain bill. Can’t go wrong!
Everything came packaged nicely and correct. I ordered some liquid yeast and that came shipped in an ice pack and was still cold on arrival.
I’ve been making a Mosaic Promise clone for a while and these hops are fantastic
I’ve reordered several times and found the quality consistent. For my recipes Mosaic is an essential hop to keep in stock at the 1-2 pound level to produce the NEIPAs my friends and neighbors here in Boston love.
