I use this as my base malt for several of my recipies and always have great results. It is always fresh and produces the advertised or greater gravity every time I use it. Great stuff!

This will pump up the ABV without affecting taste. The color is very pale, with the end beer (assuming it’s a light ale) being as light as a lager.
