Been a customer for a while now. The price of this kit nearly doubled. Not worth it anymore. Not that great. Looking for an alternative

Wine review

To date several 6 gal batchs have been made. All are easy to make. Ferment well. Clear well. Need a few more week to taste. I am certain they will be good.

Too dark, in color, for pino....

It is too early to tell, as far as taste is concerned, but I’ve always found pino to be very light in color. This is more the color of diluted tea. After reading further, it seems that color can depend on grape region. Probably won’t do again, unless the wine taste is that good.....

Takes 8 weeks to make and a minimum of 4-8 weeks in the bottle before offering a useful review. Tasted pretty good while i just bottled it..need another month or two
