Sauvignon Blanc Wine Kit - Master Vintner® Winemaker's Reserve®

I've fermented several Sauvignon Blanc wine kits and found each batch consistently high quality and easy to make. The finished wine is smooth and not acidic. The whole process takes about 30 days from start to enjoying a glass. It's definitely worth it.

Kit well made with good ingredients and makes an exceptional final product. Instructions are not great for inexperienced wine makers. Instructions were sometimes unclear and forced utilizing other resources to find out what was really needed. Luckily had friend with experience to help interpret and explain some of the steps.

Can't review a kit until it is mature in the bottle. Ask in 2 years. Good results on a similar kit 6 years back.

The Sauvignon blanc kit is giving me problems with clearing. Even after an additional racking and then a few days extra with addition of a Gelatine based fining agent. Other similar wine kits start with Bentonite and I haven’t seen this problem before
