Struggle turned to Joy!

While brewing my beer one day, I had just reached the point of cooling before pouring into the fermenter only to find that my glass fermentor was cracked. I had to throw out the whole batch! I emailed Northern Brewer to ask their advice and they said that sometimes those glass fermenters crack. They then went above and beyond to send me a new fermentor and brewing kit all for FREE! Wow, I totally didn't expect that! That kind of customer service and dedication is rare these days but it's made a lifelong customer out of me!
