Red Star Premier Cuvee
AKA Prise de Mousse. One of the fastest, cleanest, and most neutral of all Red Star wine yeasts, this strain is recommended for reds, whites and especially champagnes. Good for restarting stuck fermentations. Temperature range: 45-95 F. Alcohol Tolerance: 18%.
I age my beer 60+ days and I haven't tasted it yet but I'm sure ir is good.. Also I should mention that I tried to respond several times on my email in box but that didn't work.
I use this yeast and another the make meade. It is a key ingredient.
Worked nicely to carbonate my homemade root beer.
Used with fresh fruit and purchased fresh pure juice. Will work with a high starting SG of 1.120 and provide good results. Normal amount of settlement
