I just bottled a week ago but a very good tasting wine right out of the carboy

This kit is wonderful. It is one if my favorite Italian wines. This kit did not disappoint!

Old, Leaky Box

Package was leaking on delivery. Lost up to a cup of juice in storage cabinet, on countertops and floors and inside the box and wrapper. I don't know if the proportions will come out right in the vinting. Also made the whole process of getting the batch to primary fermentation troublesome and annoying. Sticky grape juice all over the the floor of the fermentation area as I tried to manipulate the leaking box and bag. According to the date code, the kit is at least 5 months old. Shouldn't be a problem but considering the condition of the box and bag, who knows? Very disappointing.
