A winner, a month and a half after bottling its great

Fermentation Stuck

Evidently the yeast that came in the kit was no good. After 4 days there was no evidence that fermentation had started. I have a supply of wine yeast that I use for making wine from scratch, so I used a packet of that to get the ball rolling.

All is well, the wine is fermenting beautifully now.
