Perfect summer wine

I was worried to try my first white, but it cleared well and tastes great. The unique fruity flavor from the New Zealand grapes is an excellent warm weather wine.

Excellent Kit

This seems like a nice kit as is, but I did stray a bit making mine. I used Vin 13 yeast instead of the kit yeast and kept the fermentation temperatures between 52-59 the whole time. The aromas coming off this thing were fantastic.
After fermentation I let it clear on it's own before racking to another carboy and then using the chitosan and Keisesol which I think helped clear it much better. That's where It sits right now - perfectly clear and waiting to be racked once more to sit for a bit before bottling.
I did do a small taste test and it's very tropical and aromatic. I couldn't even tell you what some of these fruits even taste like off the top of my head but when I sampled it I just thought to myself Guava, passion fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, melon....just this mix of flavors that were really nice. Looking forward to trying this chilled once it is bottled.
All in all a high quality wine can be produced from this kit, surely one to rival a lot of the Sauvignon Blanc you can buy in the stores, but I would recommend if you have some experience to switch out the yeast for one more suited to this wine style. You'll get more out of it.

Your web page is not user friendly , I always have a problem getting on to order wine . You should make it easier for the occasional buyer without 50 questions and I also use PayPal. Hope this helps

Wine isnt clearing

The wine has been in the secondary carboy for 5 weeks now and it still is cloudy. I just added some more bentonite and hope that helps.

easy to use, follow, and make

instructions are very clear, ingredients easy to identify, still in the secondary fermentor but it tasted great while I was transferring it over.
