1st time was the charm

This is my first time making this Gewuztraminer, and I am very pleased with the way it turned out. Per one of the other reviewers, I added half of the finishing blend up front, then added the rest after fermentation. I like dry whites, and this one is certainly not overly dry, but just right. I would try this one again.

Excellent Kit

2nd time making this kit. I don't add the elder flower pack and allow it to ferment completely to produce a wonderfully complex but dry white wine. In this form it produces a Gewüztraminer similar to those of the NY Finger Lakes.
