I have purchased this kit 3 times and it has always produced great wine. I am trying to take this kit to another level by adding some FT Rouge at the onset of fermentation. I'll let you know how it turned out. So far all the numbers are right on target. Here's hoping for GREATNESS!

Tried a different lesser quality and didn't take long to figure out I needed to stay with RJS Cru. Lots of compiments from family on this.
