It stalled

It happens every now and then but this wine kit stalled at about SG 1.010. No problem just added 1/2 teaspoon of "yeast nutrient " and fermentation continued. That's where things stand now. You know I tasted the stalled fermentation and it tasted pretty good with nice sweet citric flavors and nose. I almost thought about moving on to transfer and clarification but I didn't. Cheers you wine boozers.
Oh. One more thing. The kit didn't come with a pamphlet of directions but after making 60 wine kits: who needs em.

Sav Blanc, everyday chardonnay.kitji

Sav Blanc is an excellent kit. Good flavor easy to process. The everyday chardonnay was a bit of a surprise, no yeast,nothing but a back of oak chips. Won't be ordering that again

Less than a table wine.

Just not the taste of a god wine. Trouble brewing. Alcohol there, but not taste. Drinkable, but I won’t buy this one again.

Good Everyday White Wine

Mixed this on Feb 20 2020, adding 9lt bottled water to give 21lt must @ OG of 1093. Fermented with Wyeast 4021 liquid wine yeast. Racked, degassed, stabilized etc. three weeks later @ SG of 997, giving 12.3% A/V. Bottled three weeks later.
To me, the wine does not have the typical grassy/lemon flavors of a Sauvignon Blanc, though is quite dry. Tastes more like a pleasant everyday Chenin Blanc or similar.
