Best all-around white

This white is great with any mild flavored fish or chicken dinner. It is light with mild flavors. We have friends that aren't really fond of wine but they like this one because of the mild flavors. It ages very well, but we seldom have any left older than 2 years. And I can say that it is great even right after bottling.

I’ve bought this before and will continue to! It makes a really nice white, especially for friends who don’t like Chardonnay. Very smooth, one of my favorites!

Delicious wine!

I typically make Chardonnay, but have several friends who don’t like that type of wine. I made this Chenin Blanc, and not only converted my husband, have had several friends totally enjoy it vs Chardonnay. It’s really smooth, a perfect white option.

Smelling 😊 Good

Well, I used this kit without any additives in attempt to make a ‘natural’ wine and so far so good. It’s aging sur lie right now and still has 5 more months at least. Can’t wait to see how it comes out. Also customer service was super helpful when the first one shipped was damaged. Appreciate Northern Brewers help!
