I am letting my Riesling sit a while before bottling but I have tasted it and am pleased. I started 2 batches at the same time but added extra sugar to one before fermentation. More difficult clearing (I do filter before bottling) but a nice sweetness for my wife and her friends. The other is dryer - my preference. An easy product to make a good wine.

Great kit
I have made wine kits before and this one was no different. Very easy to make. Just juice into sanitized fermenter and pitch the yeast and let it go. Be sure to follow the instructions and it is fool proof. Wine finished very clear and a golden yellow as Riesling should be. Taste was excellent as good or better than commercial wine. It will get better letting it age. Highly recommended.

First timer’s view
I am growing my own grapes and decided that experimenting with a kit with the ingredients I need would be a great tutorial. I am almost done with the secondary fermentation phase and so far have not made too many mistakes. I have been able to analyze my processes and make changes to my equipment in the process. As soon as I bottle this batch I am doing a Merlot. When I had a question about fermenting temperatures I got a timely and thoughtful response- greatly appreciated. I look forward to other experiments- first the Merlot I already have then perhaps a Pinot Noir. Great product, excellent service, and an first/rate experience.

So Far So Good
Haven't tasted the final results yet as it is still clearing, so I could only give 4 stars. A taste test half way through seemed to taste pretty good, but time will tell. Fermentation went well and color is looking very good. I would buy this again
