specifics

it would be nice to have a direction sheet with order. I have made this before but always a guessing game as to how much co2 pressure to put on to get to the desire volume of carbonation. I know a lot depends on the temperature your carbonating at and I've used my chart for carbonating beer but never seems to work out the same. Force carbonating just doesn't seem to work with root beer compared to regular beer. If you have more specifics on time and and pressure pertaining to root beer would be nice. Not complaining about product , I've never tried bottling it but maybe that's the better way. Like I said I force carbonated it ,left pressure on for a couple weeks but mostly had just the heavy syrup taste with a head the disappeared in a couple minutes, I prefer it like a stout all the way to the bottom of the glass. Thanks

pretty tasty

I am not a home brewer. I used the syrup with club soda and was planning to add vanilla to create my own blend. I tried it in just plain water without sugar and liked it that way. A great way to enjoy root beer and manage the sugar and carbon dioxide. Looking to try the other flavors as well. Would recommend.
